Seems like we could lead in AI development, and then immediately get trounced by economic factors. But yeah, autonomous cars, solar infrastructure, hell, general education.The most frustrating one is Xi Jinping saying 房子是用来住的，不是用来炒的, or "Houses are for living, not for speculation."
How fucked is it that the CCP is leading the world in real estate policy.
