> "I want a sketchy NP to just sign off on whatever drugs I want from the menu"That’s my impression but they absolutely cannot say that. Admitting that would almost certainly invoke DEA charges and impacts to prescription privileges for everyone involved.
They have to at least maintain a facade that a professional looked and decided the meds were appropriate.
Selling ketamine prescriptions like that is wild though, if they’re doing that. I can see the DEA looking the other way on viagra and hair meds but ketamine feels like jamming a stick in the DEAs eye and asking what they’re gonna do about it.
