lol. bodies react pretty much instantly.

you could do trials on the street and measure a cluster of signs of wellbeing or discomfort and then let people eat ultra-processed foods. even if flooded with endorphins, signs of discomfort will show.

if your eyes doubt that you are bleeding after you ram a knife into your stomach and red stuff gushes out, maybe science can tell you the truth!
