The phrase “what is going on” has become a trope with regard to aviation, signaling a complete drive-by lack of understanding of the industry. It could be a cluster illusion. It could be a conspiracy. And people want to see conspiracies everywhere so the media reports things as such, or at least hinting that there's something there in order to attract eyeballs. I wonder how long it'll take before we find out how many of the missing scientists were on the flights, at least the passenger-carrying ones?by pseudohadamard
