I don't think we're quite there. If the biggest oil shock ever did not kill the bull market then this market has some pretty strong legs. Also, companies are coming in with strong earnings which will lower the high PE ratios. I'm waiting for more IPOs. More IPOs that are crazy in terms of valuation before I can say that investors have lost their minds and the market is manic.
