No, it doesn't indicate any of that.It's at the top because the amount of 1.1.1.1 DNS clients resolving .at domains suddenly spiked. I don't know the cause.

I remember back in time ther was a sonar or some site which used to sell Reverse DNS records.Does anyone still buy and sell these anymore?
I'd think it's much easier to do this today than it was in past.
