"wrong orbit" is an interesting phrase.Do they just mean it's got enough energy to complete some orbits but will decay. In the sense that if my car breaks down on the way to the grand canyon it took me to the wrong destination?
Or did it enter a often used orbit that is not usable for this satillite?
Is there a difference??
