Kind of crazy they are posting statuses to reddit. Thought the complaints about "why not status page and email?" are very valid -- seems kind of unprofessional. If I'm paying $200 per month per user for a service, an email or a message from the claude interface itself would be nice, so I don't have to stumble on this in random forums.by program_whiz
