Middle power realism in practice. Poland isn't really banning cars, they're building a data sovereignty framework for defense infrastructure. Same pattern everywhere now, EU defense fund, European payments, Greenland. Countries stopped assuming one ally would always be reliable and started building sovereign capacity instead.
