Haven't LLMs been good at bouncing off ideas since GPT-4? Coming up with feature ideas doesn't seem to have much to do with programming power tools.But sending off a SotA LLM agent to do research for 30 min+ to gather information, related concepts, products, etc, on any idea is insanely effective for sure. And something that hasn't been possible for all that long, at this level of quality.
