All PR firms with a social media division do this. Many a Wikipedia editor have been caught accepting bribes for this kind of things. I suspect some Wikipedia editors are also state actors.

But it is about wealthy people controlling narratives, belief, and agency? Similar to how wealthy people control AI slop generators.
